This utility will simply re-register libraries that Internet Explorer uses. 

If the libraries (dll files) that Internet Explorer uses have been un-registered or if the registry information for these 
libraries have become invalid, it could cause problems with the Internet Explorer software.  This tool will try to correct 
these issues if you are experiencing this problem.

If you get "page cannot be displayed" or have problems connecting to secure web sites, try running this tool, 
most of the time it will correct the issue.
